Prior to his appointment at Valor, Mr. Welch taught for 19 years in various secondary schools in Colorado. Most recently tim spent seven years at Kent Denver School and three years at Cherry Creek High School. In addition, Mr. Welch has been coaching wrestling for 20 years, both at the youth and high school level, prior to taking over the Valor wrestling program.
