Prior to his appointment at Valor, Mr. Charles taught math at Aurora Central for 30 years. He retired in June of 2007 and immediately took a job with "Save our Youth." Valor was interested in the software program in use for high school students, and contacted him to see if he would be interested in implementing the program, and he accespted in February 2008.
